“We were initially torn between staying in the Zona Dorada or Old Mazatlan but so glad we decide to stay in the heart of this historical city. The architecture throughout Old Mazatlan was beautiful and people were incredibly friendly. Pueblo Bonito's Vantage Hotel was the perfect location for us to explore the city for the first time. We happened to overlap with the start of Carnaval, which turned out to be quite the event. Yes, the partying was going on right around the corner but well worth hearing the music just so we could be near the action. Big thanks to the welcoming and helpful staff who were there throughout our week. Loved this hotel, the pool and hot tub, & our room. We will be back.”

“This was a truly magical and memorable stay. The facilities are very calming and peaceful and the staff were all very friendly and helpful with any need. We loved the food in Melville’s and the drinks by the pool. A few suggestions for improvements: *Find a way to turn off the ambiance lights above the beds as some like to sleep in complete darkness *Offer complimentary bottle water and coffee in the rooms (it is expected in a hotel of this caliber) and be sure to have creamer available in the room. *Do something to mitigate street noise (double paned windows or heavier blackout curtains) as it can be noisy. *Find more attractive glasses for poolside as the plastic water glasses ruin the elegance of the property.”

“Beautiful historic hotel. Well appointed, modern yet warm and inviting as it blends new with old. A big shout out to Pablo at the desk. He went above and beyond. We went to visit the hotel before our stay and Pablo took us on a tour. You can see how passionate he is about its history and restoration. Thank you Pablo for making our stay more special. We will be back!”

“We recently discovered this beautiful boutique hotel in Centro Mazatlán and were seriously impressed. We’ve stayed at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay before, but this property feels really special and unique. Jorge gave us a tour and was fantastic. Warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the hotel. He made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. The space itself is stunning, and the scent throughout the property adds such a luxurious touch. We’re still in Mazatlán and already talking about how much we’d love to come back and spend more time here.”
